can i return something for exchange or refund?

Any full priced merchandise purchased from a Rhodes & Beckett store or rhodesbeckett.com may be returned for exchange or store/online credit within 30 days of purchase: 30 days starts from the date of purchase to when it is received by our warehouse.


All discounted merchandise purchased from a Rhodes & Beckett store or rhodesbeckett.com including items purchased on sale, purchased with a promotional code online or part of an in store/online promotion and multi-buy offers may be returned for exchange within 14 days from date of purchase.

We do not accept 'change of mind' returns on Fragrances.

Exchanges and credits will only be processed providing the following conditions are met;

  • Proof of purchase is obtained by the way of original receipt or online tax invoice, if the sale is registered in our database or a bank statement is provided.

  • Merchandise is in its original condition it was purchased with tags attached and is unwashed, unworn, and unused.

  • Merchandise has not had any alterations performed.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If exchanging for an item of higher value than the original price, additional charges will apply.


    Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. In the event that your exchange request is not available you will be issued with a store or online credit for the value of the returned item subject to the conditions of your purchase.

    Store and online credits are issued subject to where your purchase was made and valid for 12 months from date of issue. 

    In accordance with Australian Consumer Laws, merchandise which is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose or is incorrectly described may be returned for an exchange, credit note, repair or refund with proof of purchase within a reasonable time frame. All garments must be assessed.


    MADE TO ORDER

    Made To Order shirts are produced specifically for you in accordance with your styling preferences. As such we do not accept exchanges or returns on these garments. Naturally, if there is a quality issue or fault of any type, or the garment has not been produced to your instructions we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or refund once the garment has been assessed by our production department.


    how do i return an item?

    Please contact Customer Service at info@rhodesbeckett.com  and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label and instructions on how to make your return.


    how do i return an item from overseas?

    We recommend that you return your items via international air post or your preferred courier service and always obtain a tracking number.

    Please keep your postage receipt and tracking number until your return has been received and processed. Rhodes & Beckett cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged when being returned by post.

    Please note that all international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    We aim to process all returns sent to our online store within 7-10 business days of receipt and you will be notified by email once it has been completed.
